50 is the new 30! We have all heard that, and we would all like it to be true.  What if your body doesn’t think that way? You go for a run, go skiing, play tennis, play a round of golf or maybe a pickup basketball game. Then your body aches for days, and it never seems to recover. Eventually, you start moving less and less. You find excuses to get out of social and leisure activities.  Until you finally just stop moving. You start blaming everything but yourself. The running shoes. The snow. The tennis turf. The golf instructor. The basketball court. Or even, just your age.

It does not have to be this way.

We will discuss your primary goals and determine if you are doing the right things to achieve your goals. We will help you to incorporate a variety of drills in your daily living activities and exercise routines that are necessary to keep you in optimal physical and cognitive condition.
